The Wellness Program will be sending out biweekly newsletters on Wednesdays with information and resources to wellness articles, resources, recipes, UCSC events and more! Click here if you are interested in viewing past newsletters from the 2020 - 2021 academic year.

Mindfulness: Headspace, Calm, #Selfcare, Aura, Plant Nanny, Meditopia 

Fitness: Nike Training, PopSugar Fitness on Youtube, 7M Workout, Yoga for Beginners, Peloton, Sworkit

             and don’t forget about the free FitLife classes offered through UCSC recreation

 Learn: Grasshopper, Coursera, Brilliant, Habit, The New York Times, Duolingo   

 Eat: Supercook, Tasty, Tastemade, Food Network Kitchen, NYT Cooking 

        Use Grubhub, Uber Eats and Door Dash for discounted or free delivery from local restaurants!!
