Are you interested in partnering with the Educational Opportunity Programs (EOP) at UC Santa Cruz? This form is designed for EOP staff, UCSC campus partners, and community organizations to propose workshops or events that serve our EOP student population. Additionally, you can use this form to request EOP’s participation in a tabling event, schedule an information session, or request a tour of our space.
