    I work at EOP in hopes of helping students with their journey here at UCSC. Working for TLL allows students to worry only about learning in their classes rather than having to worry about how they are going to afford to take those classes. I love working at EOP because it is a great work environment and everyone is so supporting.

    I enjoy working at EOP because I get to interact with students on a daily basis. EOP also understands that before a worker, I am a student. And lastly, the staff is welcoming .

    I enjoy working with the EOP Textbook Lending Library because it is a major way in which I am able to assist my peers who are in need of the programs assistance. I am a first generation, low-income latina with a clear understanding of what it means to be at an institution like UCSC. I am aware of challenges that students face and I have always been looking for ways to help others. Working for EOP has given me the privilege to work closely with students and positively affect their lives.

    I enjoy working for the Textbook Lending Library, because I find that being part of something larger makes a difference. I get to help students break a barrier that will allow them to succeed academically. Moreover, I learn a lot from the people I work beside, which allows me to grow and show my potential.
