Peer Advising Leaders (PALs)

Peer Advising Leaders (PALs) are current undergraduate students that provide academic, career, and social support to EOP students at the University of California, Santa Cruz. PALs connect with students one-on-one to address individual questions during drop-in hours, facilitate group discussions during workshops, and connect students to resources by collaborating across campus with programs and services designed to retain and graduate students from diverse backgrounds.

PALs host drop-in peer advising Monday-Friday. To sign up for drop-in advising with a PAL, please fill out this Google Form. They are trained to address questions about

  • EOP Programs and Services
  • The Transition to College
  • Campus Resources
